RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges on mistakes by All American Boot, Mfg. will be paid by All American Boot, Mfg. and we can arrange for pickup or transmit a UPS label to expedite return of an item shipped incorrectly by us.

Any other returns or exchanges are subject to the following provisions:
You must request an RMA prior to returning the item. If you created an account this can be done from your account profile. If you did not create an account please contact us by phone or email and reference your order number.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment. All items must be in original packaging and in new sellable condition.
Items that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected for refund and customer would be responsible to pay for return shipping.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for replacement items unless an error was made by All American Boot, Mfg.
